1. workshop dne 11. 10. 2019 “SIGNATURE MOVES” time 18 – 19,30
Signature moves, intermediate/advanced level, can be done on both poles – static and spinning within one session, is the class where:
– you get a taste of original transitions and tricks,
– understand techniques behind and get tips on how to execute those,
– challenge yourself as a pole dancer,
– find a new source of inspiration

2. workshop dne 11. 10. 2019 “POLE CHOREOGRAPHY” time 19,30 – 21,00
Pole Choreography, can be adapted to different levels, have either static or spinning pole within one sessionis, is the class where:
– you put a lot of focus on how to incorporate pole moves into the music and certain style,
– work on your pole transitions and movement originality,
– work on how to connect pole and floor,
– improve execution quality focusing on details,
– broaden your skills in movement and your awareness through the movement,
– challenge yourself as a pole dancer,
emphasize on your artistry
